Our studio specializes in residential projects ranging from renovations to new construction. Each project is unique and we work closely with our clients to realize the design vision.

Concept Development

We offer consultation for space planning in existing spaces and new builds. The process can involve reviewing architecture and structural drawings, developing and revising proposed plans, and providing 3D renderings for visualization.

Drawings & Specifications

We prepare detailed technical drawing packages for all stakeholders. These may include plans for permit applications, and construction drawings for general contractors and sub-trades. A specification package that includes all finishes and products are also issued for pricing and construction.

Construction Consulting

Throughout the construction process, we work closely with general contractors to ensure the design is executed as intended. This involves site visits at various stages of construction, reviewing millwork and stonework drawings, and troubleshooting and answering questions as needed.

Procurement

Our turn-key approach involves curating furniture, art, and décor to suit the interior and exterior spaces. We offer full procurement services that includes ordering, delivery, and install.
