Concept Development

We offer consultation for space planning in existing spaces and new builds. The process can involve reviewing architecture and structural drawings, developing and revising proposed plans, and providing 3D renderings for visualization.

Drawings & Specifications

We prepare comprehensive technical drawing packages for all stakeholders, including permit application plans and construction drawings for general contractors and sub-trades. A detailed specification package, outlining all finishes and products, is also issued to support accurate pricing and construction.

Construction Consulting

Throughout construction, we collaborate closely with general contractors to ensure the design is brought to life as intended. This includes conducting site visits at key stages, reviewing millwork and stonework drawings, and providing troubleshooting and guidance as needed.

Procurement

Our turnkey approach includes curating furniture, art, and décor tailored to both interior and exterior spaces. We provide full procurement services, managing every step from ordering to delivery and installation.
